Aviation Action has a great team of volunteer therapists and councillors that offer up to three sessions for free. Once you have sent through your details, we will match you up to one of our professionals and they will contact you to set up your first confidential appointment. The sessions can be face to face or via video call and can help you collect your supports and provide ways to
manage your mental health going forward.
Struggling with your mental health can be isolating and it can be really beneficial to speak to other people who feel similar to the way you do. Meetings can be a chance for you to discuss the way you feel but can also be more social to help improve your mood and make you feel part of something.
Groups will always offer a warm welcome as everyone understands how scary it can be to attend for the first time.
