Aviation Action can offer a range of ways that we help our aviation colleagues so take a look and see which option may suit you best and get in touch for more information
Aviation Action has a great team of volunteer therapists and councillors that offer up to three sessions for free. Once you have sent through your details, we will match you up to one of our professionals and they will contact you to set up your first confidential appointment. The sessions can be face to face or via video call and can help you collect your supports and provide ways to
manage your mental health going forward.
Peer support is a way to share common experiences with someone and can work really well as a way to get support and guidance both personally and professionally. We will match you to a peer supporter who may have had a shared lived experience to you who will be able to understand the specific situation you are facing. The peer support programme aims to increase your elf-esteem, well being and confidence.
We can provide a range of professional services such as legal, HR, CV/interview and career coaching.
